We have been pampering our guests with passion and pleasure for over 60 years, now in the third generation.
Johanna prepares the many delicacies for breakfast, looks after the well-being of our guests and has a solution for every request.
She is the good soul of the house for more than 35 years.
If you are looking for Johanna's husband Hansjörg, you should always look in the garden first. He looks after the outdoor area and the swimming pool with great dedication. Every plant is nurtured and cared for and inspected every day anew.
Florian the all-rounder! The junior manager of the hotel is on the move in every area. You'll meet him at reception and get lots of tips for Merano and the surroundings, then you'll find him in the breakfast room serving you coffee and later he'll be in the kitchen preparing snacks.
But none of this would be possible without our three additional employees Dika, Pele, Christine e Andrea. They actively support us every day and together we share the joy of the hospitality sector, continuous development and try to give every guest an unforgettable holiday.
